Do you offer in-person or remote sessions?
I primarily offer remote sessions and use an encrypted platform to meet with clients over video.
I do meet with a small number of clients in person, on a case-by-case basis.
What are your office hours
My office hours are Sunday 9 am – 12 pm and Monday – Thursday 12 – 5 pm.
I also meet with clients virtually between 7:00-8:00 pm.
What are your fees?
Individual sessions are 60 minutes and cost $180.
Couples sessions are 75 minutes and cost $215.
Do you offer sliding scale?
I have a limited number of sliding scale sessions available.
Do you offer a phone consultation before we begin?
I offer a free 15-minute free phone consultation so you can get a sense of whether I can be of support to you.
What types of payments do you take?
I accept Visa and Mastercard, e-transfers, or cash.
What's your cancellation policy?
I have a 24 hour cancellation period. Please let me know ahead of the 24 hour period if you need to cancel the session or I will need to charge for the session, barring true emergencies.
What's your no-show policy?
If you do not attend a scheduled session, I will need to charge for the appointment, barring true emergencies.
